Apprentices selection at Poltekpel Surabaya
After the sharing session in the morning, 20 apprentices had been lined up for having an interview. Each education programs (Nautical, Technical, Electro Technical and Port Shipping) were having 5 apprentices to be interviewed virtually by PT Equinox Bahari Utama. The screening process was basically to review each candidates’ basic knowledge and communication skill.
The most interesting part that we were having numbers of female apprentices from technical and electro technical program, where commonly being fulfilled by male candidates. The interview session was being conducted successfully with the good support of the virtual system by Poltekpel Surabaya since all the apprentices were being interviewed from home.
