We proudly announce that Mario Sebastian, joining as Public Area Attendant (PAA), is the one of the first batch joiner from PT. Equinox Bahari Utama (EBU) who joined Freedom of the Seas in San Juan, Puerto Rico, USA on October 12th 2019.
Since the appointment from Royal Caribbean Cruise Limited (RCCL) as the Hiring Partner in Indonesia back in July 2019, EBU had screened and interviewed hundreds of applicants from all around Indonesia and be responsible for recruiting hotel as well as marine crew for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and its affiliated companies, Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, TUI and Pullmantur Cruises.
All the processes had been followed as per RCCL’s requirements, from recruiting process till onboarding process, until the moment EBU is successfully boarding the first Crewmember onboard the ship.
In line with what had been committed in the beginning, with this appointment EBU will be providing manning services to the fast growing and exciting cruise sector, which is a unique segment of the shipping industry identified more with the hospitality and hotel industry rather than solely the provision of highly qualified marine personnel.
EBU will continue to provide top quality professional Indonesian manning agency services for its existing Principals operating in industrial shipping whilst at the same time striving to expand its client base.
