As part of the objective, EBU also provide a positive contribution by sharing the ideas to the apprentices during public lecture in the expectation of Ship Owner towards the Indonesian apprentice during their apprenticeship. West Sumatera Merchant Marine Polytechnic is the new built maritime institute where they are very open for any feedback from shipping company, and EBU got the opportunity to be invited to share the idea in term of the expectation of International Ship Owner towards the Indonesian apprentice.
