For the 1st time during the pandemic, Equinox Shipping Group is conducting an on-line seminar or talk show in which all the employees from the Group are participating. The on-line session was being conducted on November 25th as we called it as an “Equinox Group Connect” where all employees from different entities – crewing (EBU), shipping agency (ESB), ship operator (PPE), including our holding (PSU) are attending.
The intention of this talk show is to refresh all the employees related to the Company Code of Conduct (CoC) and values, covers major legal, ethical, and compliance risk areas to help our employees make the right choices, even when they’re not easy. Because it contains such important information, Equinox Group want to make sure that all the employees are being well familiarized and engage with the values.
Besides the socialization of Company values, it was also an opportunity to share the Company short and long term targets, including the Company current financial status and strategy set-up for the upcoming years. It was a fruitful discussion was being held during the Q & A session where all employees were free to ask and escalate their feedbacks and suggestions to the Company.
Hope that the upcoming session will be conducted off-line despite the pandemic situation in the recent months, with more fun and enjoyable moments.
