We are proud to announce the new composition of Port & Shipping Management apprentices who will spend their one-year apprenticeship at PT @equinox.bahari.utama_marine for the education period of 2023/24, as follows:
Prima Miftakhul and Nabila Aurel from Poltekpel Surabaya, Citria Amanda and Danty Saajidah from Poltekpel Sumatera Barat, Adila Latasya from PIP Semarang, Aldy Gadis from Poltekpel Sorong, Grace Alfian from Poltekpel Sulawesi Utara and Riskawati from PIP Makassar.
On Friday 4th of August all the apprentices were gathered at Aldebaran with Senior Staffs from Equinox Shipping Group and to be welcomed as new family of the group of companies. We all were having a fruitful discussion to understand the level of expectation and to get to know closer on the 8-core values. Each of the apprentices were also having a chance to explain background of each persons and their motivation in life. Each of Senior Staffs were respectively sharing their experiences how to achieve a success during apprenticeship and shared some positive inputs for the development of the apprentices.
